Accessing PowerSchool

Account creation information is emailed to parents and students. Parents of incoming seventh grade students who attend RHAM Middle School will receive Parent Account setup information..

Parents and students access the Grade Portal from the same login screen, but use different login credentials. Students are able to access the site immediately with their district assigned student credentials. Parents and guardians must create a Parent Account prior to accessing the Grade Portal for the first time.

The Parent Account allows for selection of a personalized Username and Password and the ability to view grades for all students in the same household. Separate Parent Accounts may be set up for each parent/guardian.

When you receive the email with PowerSchool Grade Portal setup credentials and instructions for setting up your Parent Account, click the following link Start Page. This will take you to the Student and Parent Sign In screen. You may wish to add this link to your "favorites" on your home computer for quick access to the sign in screen in the future.

You may also wish to add the PowerSchool App to your devices. Please see information to the left.

  • Please be patient while waiting for grades to be entered.

  • Teachers use different grading systems (such as weighted percentages) that may not be explained on the screen you are viewing. Be sure to check grading policies.

  • To promote student independence and self-advocacy, initial contact with teachers to discuss questions or concerns should always come from the student.
